Visit netbanking.hdfcbank.com and log in with your Customer ID and IPIN, or use the HDFC Bank mobile app.
After login, click on 'Accounts' → 'FASTag' or use the search bar to find 'FASTag Services'.
Your FASTag balance is displayed on the dashboard. Click 'Statement' to view all toll deductions and recharges.
Click 'Recharge FASTag', enter amount, select funding source (savings account or debit card), and confirm with OTP.
Enable 'Auto Recharge' and set a minimum balance threshold. When balance drops below this, it auto-tops-up from your linked account.

Hotlisting occurs on low balance or suspicious activity. Recharge with ₹500+ and call customer care to de-hotlist if needed.
Each FASTag is vehicle-specific. Log in to portal to see all FASTags linked to your profile if you have multiple vehicles.
