Go to Play Store or App Store, search 'My FASTag' by NHAI/IHMCL. Install and open the app.
Enter your vehicle registration number and verify your registered mobile OTP for account access.
Your current FASTag balance and issuer bank are shown on the home screen. Tap 'Recharge' to top up.
Choose or enter recharge amount (min ₹100). Pay via UPI, linked bank account, or credit/debit card.
Under 'Statement' or 'Transaction History' in the app, view all toll deductions and recharge history.
Call the NHAI toll-free helpline 1033 for FASTag issues related to toll plazas, disputes, and general queries.
It's the official NHAI/IHMCL portal for FASTag registration, recharge, KYC completion, and transaction dispute for all NETC banks.
Call 1033 with your vehicle number, transaction time, and toll plaza name. Also check if FASTag is blacklisted via My FASTag app.
Open My FASTag app → Transaction History → Select incorrect transaction → 'Raise Dispute'. Or call 1033 within 48 hours of the deduction.
