Install the Rentelo app from Google Play Store or App Store. Register with your mobile number.
Upload your driving licence and Aadhaar via the app. KYC approval takes a few hours for new users.
Search for available bikes near your location or choose a specific station. Filter by vehicle type and budget.
Select rental duration, confirm booking, and pay security deposit. You'll get a booking confirmation with PIN.
Visit the station at your booked time, verify vehicle condition, enter PIN to unlock, and ride safely.
Minimum rental is typically 1 hour on most Rentelo stations. Hourly billing applies after that.
Fuel is generally not included. You are responsible for refuelling petrol bikes. Electric bikes are charged at the station.
Yes. Use the Rentelo app to extend your booking before the original end time, subject to vehicle availability.
