Go to any Haryana Roadways bus depot or divisional office in your district. Application is currently offline/depot-based.

Collect the Pass Application Form

Request the senior citizen bus pass application form from the depot counter. Forms are free of cost.

Fill & Attach Documents

Fill in personal details, address, age, category. Attach self-attested photocopies of all required documents.

Submit at Pass Counter

Submit the form along with original documents for verification. Original documents are returned after checking.

Receive Pass (3–7 Days)

The depot issues the identity card cum pass within 3 to 7 working days. Carry it while travelling on Haryana Roadways buses.

No. The pass is valid only on Haryana Roadways (HRTC) operated buses, not private or interstate buses.

Can a person from another state apply?

No. You must be a permanent resident of Haryana with valid domicile proof to avail this scheme.

What if I lose my senior citizen bus pass?

File a police complaint and visit the depot with the complaint copy and documents. A duplicate pass is issued after verification.
