Choose 'Transport Department' and then select the appropriate free pass scheme you are eligible for.
Authenticate using your Aadhaar-linked mobile OTP. First-time users must create a Seva Sindhu account.
Complete the online form with personal details, address, and category proof. Upload required documents in PDF/JPG format.
Submit the application and note the reference number. Track status at sevasindhu.karnataka.gov.in/status. Pass is issued at designated depot or by post.
