How to Activate Your NHAI Annual Pass

Follow this guide to set up your local or monthly discounted pass through the Rajmargyatra system.

Access the Pass Module

Log in to the Rajmargyatra App or the IHMCL portal. Navigate to the 'Monthly Pass' or 'Local Pass' section from the main menu.

Select Your Toll Plaza

Search for the specific toll plaza where you require the pass. Note that annual/monthly passes are typically plaza-specific and valid for a defined radius (e.g., 20km for local residents).

Vehicle Verification

Enter your vehicle registration number. The system will check if your FASTag is active. An active tag is a mandatory prerequisite for pass issuance.

Document Upload & Payment

Upload necessary proofs (RC and Residence Proof). Once approved, pay the discounted pass fee. Your pass will be automatically linked to your existing FASTag.

  • Valid RC Copy
  • Address Proof (Aadhar/Voter ID)
  • Active FASTag Sticker

Pro Tip

If you are applying for a local resident pass, ensure the address on your ID matches the registration address of the vehicle.
